Print a Session?

The August 2007 upgrade for Center IC removed the embedded link to print session details.  Previously, the word "Print" was a link next to the Save button.  This was removed to make room for the new 'Convert to Counseling' feature for Miscellaneous, Info Transfer, and Appointment sessions.

However, no functionality was removed.  The removed Print link was actually redundant, and did not perform any special function that is not already available in the browser toolbar.  If you need to print session details, you can use the existing print buttons in Internet Explorer.

- these will print the session in the same exact manner as the removed Print link.


If you don't see a Print button in the browser toolbar, you can also type Ctrl-P to print.

Q: Does this mean we don't have to print sessions anymore?
A: That's up to each center or state to decide if sessions must be printed.  SBA doesn't technically require each session to be printed.
