Internet Explorer 7 and 8

Should you update to Internet Explorer 8? Not quite yet, it is still only a Release Candidate version.

Center IC currently supports Internet Explorer version 7 (IE7).  Microsoft has recently been allowing the public to try beta versions of the next browser version, IE8.

Microsoft has changed quite a bit in the browser this time around, and if you have upgraded to the IE8 beta or release candidate, you may have noticed some things are not working properly.   These issues have been resolved to date by listing the Center IC web site in the"Compatibility View" available under the IE8 'Tools' menu option.

For the majority of you that currently have IE7, please wait to upgrade to IE8 until we give you the 'all clear', which might be a couple months after IE8 is officially launched by Microsoft.  If you are forced to upgrade to IE8 by your IT department, or upgraded to IE8 by accident, try the 'Compatibility View' described above.

Unsure of what version of IE you have?  Click "Help" on the browser menu then "About Internet Explorer"
