Do you have more than one login?

If you have more than one Center IC login, you probably have too many.

Center IC has always supported one login that could access multiple centers, and with one login you can counsel clients in any center, if you are given the proper permissions to do so.

Most people have one single login to Center IC, which is the proper number to have. However we have noticed a few people that have more than one.

If you use one login to access a certain center and a different login to access another center, you are working too hard.   With multiple logins you have to remember two logins and passwords, you have to run different report sets to see your data and them add them up, and center and state directors see more counselors on reports than is actually the case.

Center IC has always supported one login that could access multiple centers, and with one login you can counsel clients in any center, if you are given the proper permissions to do so.  Beyond that you can even be given 'guest counselor' permission to see only a handful of clients at a center you can not normally see.

Some of the multiple logins may just be leftovers from when we converted your database from another system that couldn't handle cross-center counseling like Center IC does.
