TouchNet uPay

WARNING: The TouchNet feedback mechanism is not reliable so you should not use this processor with required payment registrations.

TouchNet uPay processor settings:

* uPay Site Url: the url to send uPay transactions
* uPay Site Id: the uPay site id
* uPay Posting Key: the uPay posting key.  We strongly recommend using a posting key for increased transaction security

To configure a TouchNet uPay account:

1. Configure a uPay site in TouchNet.
2. Connect the account to your financial institution (so you get paid.)
3. Create the Center EX order processor account using the settings from your uPay site.
4. View the new order processor account and copy the Notification Url.
5. Update your uPay site and configure its notification mechanism to send notifications to the Center EX Notification Url.  Directions for this step are not available since TouchNet is a closed system.
6. Configure the additional posting value to be the same as the uPay Posting Key
7. Contact TouchNet and have them add a firewall exception to allow uPay to contact the Center Dynamics server with notification messages.

We strongly recommend you monitor the email associated with your TouchNet account.  TouchNet sends sends several different kinds of important account notifications in addition to transaction notifications via email.

Refunds
The TouchNet uPay API used by Center EX does not support refunds. You will have to use the TouchNet web application to perform any refunds.
