Hopefully this will clear up a little confusion about signing into IC/EX.
There are two different sign-ins for Center EX. Customers (Clients & Attendees) have a sign in to get to their dashboards.
This is a different sign in than staff members should use.
For example, when you access an internal document and you are not signed in, you see the above. The staff login is at the bottom.
The top Sign In and the Forget Your Password fields above the Staff Login are just for customers.
