The Center Dynamics SBA Navigator

Center Dynamics has significant experience supporting SBA Resource Partners to track & report delivery of small business & economic development to the entrepreneurial community. Our Center IC software is used by SBDC's and WBC's around the country to capture client counseling and training activity and to provide data driven and accountable reporting to SBA. As a result, the Center IC platform is poised to handle the myriad data requirements of the SBA Community Navigator Pilot program immediately. We are ideally designed for the mission and can help your organization successfully deliver from Day 1 of the grant award.

Center IC tracks consulting services including financial assistance, access to capital, contracting and procurement assistance, marketing, operations, and business development, export and industry specific training. Center EX provides a public facing website that allows entrepreneurs, business owners, and underserved businesses to register for assistance online collecting all required data in SBA Form 3516, as well as online event registration. Center EX is perfectly enabled to handle the Hub and Spoke service delivery network architecture supporting collaborative inter-organizational cooperation and branding.

With Center Dynamics' SBA Navigator, your Hub & Spoke network will hit the ground running with everything you need to register clients, publish events, capture required data, create reports, survey clients and attendees, communicate electronically, engage staff, analyze data, and report deliverable milestones to the SBA funding office in a timely and accurate manner. Each organization staff person can be granted separate permissions in the Hub and/or Spoke(s) for robust and granular permission options for data viewing, editing & reporting.

Initial Training Webinars
When the grants are awarded by SBA, Center Dynamics will host and record a series of weekly training webinars (tentatively set for Wednesdays at 2pm ET) covering various topics such as: Hub/Spoke location set-up; Online Registration (form 3516); Staff onboarding and permissions options; Consultant training; Event Coordinator training; Visual Analytics Boards and Reporting; Integrated Survey System; Resource Library; etc. Custom Training Options are available on a fee basis.

Monthly User Group Meetings
During the grant, Center Dynamics will host monthly user group meetings providing staff with Center IC updates, training, and Q&A on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 2pm ET.

Annual Pricing
The proposed annual cost for a stand-alone Center IC/EX system follows and includes the software maintenance and support agreement listed below under Additional Information. The cost is based on a two year commitment and includes the aforementioned webinars.

Tier 3 - $12,000 per year
Tier 2 - $21,000 per year
Tier 1 - $35,000 per year

The annual cost is a firm fixed price and based on your SBA funding Tier level. This provides you with flexibility to have as many Hubs & Spokes and staff (users) as can be logically & logistically determined in your proposal to SBA. This cost does not include supporting additional hubs/spokes and/or staff funded from additional outside or supplemental revenue streams.

Website Design & Branding
Center Dynamics offers options for vanity domain names or subdomain names under your designated public website. For this grant, we also have the sbanavigator.org domain and can provide your organization with a custom subdomain, e.g. https://your_organization_name.sbanavigator.org. We will provide a simple master page including your custom logos if provided in a web ready format. See Public Site Overview. Note: Posting custom master pages is considered engineering support under Technical Support Services.

Important Note: If you do include us in your bid, please let us know. We intend to hold pre-launch meetings to review and discuss system set-up options. It will also give us the opportunity for proper planning so that we can enable your system upon grant award for a smooth launch.
