Customers

Customers are the people and businesses served by the organization. Customers become Clients if they receive Advising Sessions. They can also be Attendees when they attend Events.  Customers with Initial and/or follow-on counseling sessions are considered clients.  Customer activity is captured with sessions, event attendances, and survey responses.

Consulting/Advising/Counseling are interchangeable words and your organization may prefer any of these.
