Customers
Customers are the people and businesses served by the organization. Customers become Clients if they receive Consulting Sessions. They can also be Attendees when they attend Events. Customers with Initial and/or follow-on counseling sessions are considered clients. Customer activity is captured with sessions, event attendances, and survey responses.Back to Main Help Index
