Phone type
- See Primary and Secondary Phone Numbers
- For the three phone numbers on customer record, Phone Type was added
- Choices are Work, Home, Mobile
- Business Phone was change to Primary Phone, and type defaults to 'Work'
- Home Phone was changed to Secondary Phone, and type defaults to 'Home'
- Other or Cell Phone was changed to Other Phone, and type defaults to 'Mobile'
Entering session areas of counseling now has 'autocomplete' feature to show areas when typing just the first letters of a word
Congressional District Lookup (Center EX)
- Congressional districts (and state house and senate, when available) can be looked up via a webservice if the 9 digit zip code (zip +4) is present
- If a Zip +4 code is not set, it will be looked up and set via USPS search, and then the congressional districts will be set if a zip+4 code is obtained
Center Analytics enhancements:
- Time frame pivot (pivot view of key performance indicators in a time frame)
- Time fence control (e.g. view prior period to date data as of the end of last month)
- Improved navigation for center and staff scorecards, improved drilldown
- Enhanced 'sheet' permissions
- Separate Center and Staff goals
