A forthcoming feature in development for Center IC V3...  

Email Integration within Center EX will associate email conversations and attachments with the client counseling record. 

• Gathers email from and to the client into the client record
• Eliminates copying and pasting e-mails into sessions
• Staff will be able to send clients email from any email software and have it captured by Center IC
• New activity tab will show all activity with a client
