By hosting your Center IC/EX solution with Center Dynamics, we perform the following services:
- Provide necessary server and network hardware for Center IC/EX
- Ensure secure access to the applications and associated data with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) using TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) and above
- Install and configure Center IC software and updates as available
- Backup the database, web site, reports, and other related files nightly
- Store daily backups for 90 days
- Store data backups in at least 2 geographically separate locations
- Provide a dedicated database for your data - it will not be mixed with other states, programs, or applications
- Configure the firewall and other security measures to help prevent hacking attempts
- Automatically install the latest updates to the IC/EX software
- Provide and configure anti-virus to protect the web server and files uploaded into IC/EX
- Monitor the software 24/7 to help maintain maximum IC/EX uptime
- Apply latest security updates to all servers
- Diagnose internet connection (DNS/I.P. addresses) problems
- Configure the Center IC/EX software for optimal performance
Center Dynamics Web Hosting includes up to 5 GB total limit for storage of files including the database and file attachments.
