Center Dynamics, Web Powered Client and Event Management Systems

Center EX Overview

Center EX is a add-on that enhances our popular Center IC Client and Event Management System

Accelerated Counseling
Center EX creates a branded Internet presence for your counseling centers; new clients are quickly guided to nearby centers while existing clients access their personal counseling dashboard. The wide array of communication and productivity features in Center EX can take your organization to the next level by accelerating counseling and extending the reach of your marketing programs.

Center Directory
The Center Directory organizes your counseling locations geographically to make finding a nearby counseling location easier for your clients. Automatic maps graphically present the nearest locations, and center summaries quickly inform clients of upcoming events. Branded center detail information introduces each center to the client, providing contact information and driving directions.

Request for Counseling
After choosing a counseling location, the Adaptive Online Request For Counseling (RFC) wizard walks new clients through the registration process. New clients are automatically posted to Center IC for counselor assignment. Automated duplicate checking prevents accidental re-registration and automated password management handles new password assignment and lost password recovery.

Event Registration
Event registration is a snap with the Center Directory’s event integration. Clients can search for upcoming events by location, topic, and date. Event details market each event to new and existing clients. Online event registration processes credit card payment and provides email confirmation to attendees and center staff. Events entered into Center IC appear automatically in the Center Directory – no double entry necessary.

Client Dashboard
The Client Dashboard enhances counseling by presenting a single integrated picture of the counseling relationship. Clients manage their contact and business information, upcoming events, upcoming counseling appointments, surveys, personal document library, and counseling email history via an intuitive and secure web interface. With the Client Dashboard, counselors can easily communicate expectations & strategic goal outcomes for the client relationship.

Email Integration
Email Integration within Center EX automatically associates email conversations and attachments with the client counseling record. Counselors send email messages from within Center IC, without having to copy-and-paste messages from an email program. Shared mailboxes enable counseling teams to manage relationships without loosing visibility of an email conversation. A Bulk Mail Filter sends tailored messages to groups of clients all at once, using rich HTML with individual counselor signatures and center logos.

Document Library
Clients seek counseling to gain knowledge and information. The Document Library makes providing information to clients easier than ever before by tagging and categorizing documents and making automatic recommendations based on client profile, event history, and counseling history. Counselors can make document recommendations to individual clients for client-unique situations.  The Document Library tracks all client document access for historical and reporting purposes.  The secured internal Document Library manages staff documents such as processes, forms, and training material.

Surveys and Assessments
Discover your clients needs and market your programs more efficiently. Online Surveys and Assessments provide a powerful communication channel for gathering client data in an easy to analyze format. Adaptive surveys adjust based on responses, presenting only relevant questions to individual clients. Standard survey sections gather and update client business information related to business status, impact, awards, and financing. Survey templates easily specialize for individual events or other cases like targeted satisfaction surveys. The Client Dashboard and Online Surveys work together to solicit clients for feedback after they have attended the event.
